DIRECTIONS:

Allow 1.5 - 2h From Valencia airport, follow signs to Alicante, onto the coast motorway, the A7 to Alicante. Beware: there is a split in the motorway, keep on the a7 "alicante por la costa". Keep on that road for just over an hour till you get to junction 62 to Dénia and Javea, Look for signs to Ondara which is about 2km back towards Valencia. Don't go into Ondara but on the by-pass. Turm off to Orba and Fontilles. Pass thro' Bendoleig, go round Orba and on up to Fontilles and Vall de Laguar. which is made up of three villages, Campell, Fleix and finally your destination Benimaurell.

The house is about 1km from the village so get someone to meet you and walk you down. Or as you come into the village turn right and go for about 50m till the road forks in two, with the bar L'Hedrera on the left. Take the right folk which drops down steeply with a yellow house on the right. stay on this track for about 1km untill you see a electric metal post. Turn right and the house is about 200m down the track.

Benimaurell

Vall de laguar

is the name of the area which is made up of the three villages, campell, fleix and benimaurell.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

From the airport take a taxi (there is now also a metro) to the bus station in Valencia "estación de autobuses" and there buy a ticket to Ondara. Single in spanish is "solo ida" and return is "Ida y vuelta"
The bus will take about 1.30h. Bus information ALSA Tel. 902 242 2242

In Ondara you will see a sign for a 24h taxi service, ring them 965 766 899 and get them to take you to Vall de Laguar (which is the area) and Benimaurell (which is the specific village) about 25 min trip, expect to pay about 20 euros.
